Deleting Registry Flags

A Registry Flag can only be deleted if it has not been associated with a Registrant.

Note: -_Only Registry Managers can delete Registry flags in the AHOBPR Clinical Portal.

ClosedFilter List of Existing Registry Flags

  1. Click the Administration tab in the banner at the top of the page.

    The Administration > Users page displays.

  2. Click the Registry Flags link in the menu.

  3. Choose from the following filter criteria:

    1. To filter by words included in either the Registry Flag Name or Registry Flag Description, enter the text in the Filter by Key Words box.
    2. To filter by the status of the Registry Flag, choose one of the options in the Filter By Status box.
    3. To filter by the type of Registry Flag, choose one of the options in the Filter by Flag Type box.
    4. To filter for predefined Registry Flags, choose one of the options in the Filter by Predefined box.
  4. Click the Filter button.

    The Administration > Registry Flags page displays those Registry Flags that match your filter criteria.

ClosedDelete a Registry Flag

To delete a Registry Flag , perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Administration tab in the banner at the top of the page.

    The Administration > Users page displays.

  2. Click the Registry Flags link in the menu.

  3. Locate the Registry flag that will be deleted, and then click the Delete button that corresponds to that flag.

    The system prompts the user to confirm the deletion of the Registry Flag.

  4. Click OK to delete the Registry Flag. Otherwise, click Cancel.

    The system displays a prompt confirming that the Registry Flag was deleted successfully.

  5. Click OK.

    The Administration > Registry Flags page refreshes to display that the Registry Flag was deleted.
